“Recently, I sold my house in Lubbock and during my home inspection, the roof came back with having hail damage on it. I had a buyer under contract and I was in need of a roofing company immediately to work with a fast approaching closing date. I was referred by my real estate agent to Tony and his team, from The Roofer Direct, LLC. Tony met my insurance adjuster on the day of the inspection and got my entire roof paid for through my insurance provider! I was only responsible for my deductible portion of the claim. With a fast approaching closing date of 2 weeks, Tony was able to get my entire roof completely replaced with 4 days to spare before closing!! Without him, I was potentially going to lose my buyer. Tony was my contact and he showed his professionalism to guide me through the whole process from inspection to insurance claim to completion of work. The task was well planned and timely scheduled. The crew came promptly at 7:30am and finished the job at around 6:30pm and then cleared away all the debris. “Very disrespectful...they did our neighbor's roof, walked right into our back yard without asking permission, cut limbs off of one of our trees, threw trash in our front yard, sat under the tree in our front yard eating their lunch...simply reprehensible behavior...not to mention the damage done to pur landscaping...if I needed roof repairs, this would be the very last company I would contact!!!”
