“This company has the most inflexible cancellation policy ever. Do not use a service if you have children. My daughter got sent home from school sick and when I canceled my appointment I was charged $100 cancellation fee!! Who does this during these post Covid times when the hospitals are filled with sick children. Shame on Thrive networks.!! Do not support this business or the greedy therapist that work for them.”
