“We have built 4 homes and TimberCraft is the only one I would never use again. No customer service, no pride in their work. They seem to only be in it for the money. The finish work is terrible, we had circuit breakers and GFIs that had to be replaced. Our roof leaked after a year and a half a few months later it leaked again in another spot. TimberCraft refused to fix it because we were past our year. I can understand the one year thing, but roofs don’t just leak after a year and a half. Our roof wasn’t done right and if they had any desire to show good customer service, they would right their mistake. Instead they told use to call our home owners insurance to pay for their crap job. My husband did have the number for the roofer and he came out, so I applaud them, but don’t expect TimberCrafts help. We still have damage on our ceiling from the leak. I have other complaints, but I’ll stop here. TimberCraft has been very disappointing.”
