Two Men and a Truck Reviews

“Be cautious when engaging with Austin based franchise I would like to leave my review on two men and movers company -> https://twomenandatruck.com The have removed 200$ unauthorized money from my bank without my consent. I had reached out to them on the 13th of June for moving my goods which is just a sofa and 2 beds. They gave a me quote on the phone, and I agreed, hence provided my card info, which itself is an unusual activity. Later I got a email for consent, which I clearly did not provide, because the quote was different from what was said in the phone call. So I replied back on the clarification, for which I got a reply, and I has replied back the same day. Instead of working out with me, the staff called me next morning and said they will take a cancellation fee, and cut the call without engaging me further. The also double booked the 200$  times, which they later removed on me notifying them, they did apologize later 1. I did not provide my consent to their consent form my email 2. The quote provided in the phone call was different from the quote in email 3. Hard to believe that they lost business and charged 200$ I can understand 25$ or 50$ fee, but 200?? which also should not be done. My hard-earned 200$ back which has gone to www.twomenandtruck.com for zero amount of effort from their end. I got the move done by a local mover for just 200$ later, May should give them 5 stars Rgds Suresh”
