US Best Movers Inc Reviews

“I compared a bunch of local moving companies online and ended up going with US Movers Inc. The estimate they gave me wasn't the cheapest one but they came to my house to do the estimate and after the last moving experience I had two years ago with also a local company (I ended up paying almost double than what I got quoted for) I decided not to go with the lowest estimate, and was absolutely impressed. The lady on the phone had those fun-sounding friendly attitudes that made me feel good about booking with them, and then the movers were very friendly, efficient, careful and professional. They even called to ask if I wanted them to come early - awesome! The whole experience was easy and seamless, I paid maybe $40 more than what they quoted me and they did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them next time.”

“This was my first time using a moving company; I never thought that I would ever hire movers to relocate my stuff to another house. I heard all the horror stories about the moving industry and how all the people are getting scammed. Not with these guys! First of all I would like to thank the moving consultant for his help and making me feel a little bit more comfortable at the first stages. Once the moving date came all the tension and stress disappeared the minute after the huge US Movers Inc truck showed up 15 min before the scheduled time. 3 guys jumped out and started to rock'n'roll. The guys were working like horses - fast and with extra high quality! So it turned out that the guys are brothers, almost twins and they are total pros. I would definitely use this company the next time I move.”

“Thank you for making this relocation easy on all of us. There was so much to do and not nearly enough time. If it wasn’t for a great group of sales people as well as moving person now we would’ve been lost. There are so many things he don’t even think about when the idea of moving comes up. That’s where your sales team really came into action. They brought up things that we had completely forgotten about and overlooked. You were very generous when he came to discounting removed and made it very affordable to work with your company. I know a lot of people I’ve had bad experiences in the past but when you do your research and find a company like this it’s no questions asked you book the move and do the job right.”

“I moved a lot growing up so I have a predisposition to hate the entire process but US Movers Inc made it pretty okay. This is the first time I've moved out of state on my own and while I've had a lot of experience moving, moving by myself felt incredibly daunting. However, as soon as the vans arrived I felt like a heavy weight had been removed from my shoulders. The folks were timely, respectful, and clearly understood what they were doing. Spending thousands of dollars to move at first didn't seem worth it but they offered the lowest rates I could find and in the end I couldn't imagine a more professional operation. Going with this company was absolutely worth it, I know I couldn't have done it on my own.”

“I am loyal. I will always be, for the sake of US Movers Inc. Why else would I look for another mover when all my relocation needs can be met by this relocation company? When I hired out this company, they did a perfect job. There were no flaws. They sealed all the avenues that might have resulted to mistakes or embarrassments. They capitalized on their professionalism to offer incredibly adorable services. What’s more, I did not pay so much for the pretty services. I don’t know whether they are still the cheapest moving company, but if we paid more, then that is money well used for the satisfaction as well as peace of mind granted by US Movers Inc. Job well was done.”

“If you’re not sure about a moving company and it seems like they are all the same call US Movers Inc. They were the least expensive and the easiest to work with. The hardest part about the whole thing was putting together a list of items. We listen to our sales associate and followed his directions and the relocation came out perfect. All the paperwork we got from them was self-explanatory and easy to understand. We didn’t feel like we needed a lawyer just to look at our moving paperwork this was a simple move in our minds. We just want to be picked and delivered on time without extra charges and sure enough that’s what happened and that’s how it should be.”

“After the retrenchment, I did not have so much to spend on relocation. I was looking for affordable services. I requested quotes from four different relocation companies. After making comparisons, I decided on US Movers Inc. I knew nothing about their services although I was optimistic. When they came for relocations, I monitored every step they undertook from the moment they stepped until the moment they were leaving. I must admit that I was thrilled by the proceedings. There was a concern, care, and professionalism in that relocation. I was impressed by the manner they handled it. Next time, there will be no more comparisons; it will be US Movers Inc.”

“The movers from US Movers Inc were great! My move took less time than the expected time! These guys were great. When I spoke with their rep, he was very polite and accommodating. He answered all my questions and made sure to confirm our details. The day of the move went very well; the movers were a few minutes behind schedule. I was told this was because a morning move ran over time. I find that understandable. I was amply compensated for my timing inconvenience. The movers worked hard and diligently. They put blankets and wrap on all my furniture to make sure it was protected. Nothing was damaged or lost. I would definitely recommend US Movers Inc.”

“Their online testimonials and references checked out as well so I decided to give them a try. I am very happy with my decision - they showed up on time, carefully and professionally packed my stuff, they had no problem with my really heavy couch and caring it from and to a 4th floor, were making sure that they won't cause any damage to my stuff, in the apartment and in the hallway either. Professionally packed items made it to final destination without any scratches, nothing got broken, and no item got lost. They were really professional and wrapped my furniture super well. Their flat rate was competitive and customer service was outstanding.”

“The team from US Movers Inc was punctual and followed the schedule as agreed. All my belongings were carefully packed and they reached the destination in perfect condition. The price for such a great service was reasonable. They wrapped all our big furniture with protective blankets. Considering that we were moving from the 2nd floor, I was very nervous with how it would end up, but I am so happy everything went smooth. Once at the new place, they were again quick and careful about placing our things down. Our bed was too big to carry out, but they handled all the belongings with care. They make my move a stress free move, Thank You!”

“Time wasn’t on my side as I needed to move my things, have some time to settle and embark on my job. I contacted US Movers Inc and with the help of their knowledgeable sales representatives, I was able to book for a day I was comfortable with. The movers came early and started working straightaway. I loved how they were meticulous with my stuff and that they were able to deliver on schedule. This was my second move with this company and once again, the move was spotless!! Everything I entrusted on them, they delivered in good condition, and timely so. I recommend them.”

“Finding the best moving company for us took about 10 days. We interviewed several companies over the phone and also had two major companies come and give us a price based on what they saw. After the price that we saw from them we decided there is no way we can report to do it that way. After a few days and learning a lot about the moving industry we found US Movers Inc. A company that spoke our language and was down to earth. We felt comfortable from day one. We saw plenty of satisfied customers so we knew we were on to something good. Thank you all for your help.”

“We needed to move only 1/2 of a 4000 sq. ft. home. I called US Movers Inc. When I called to schedule a moving day the representative on the phone wanted me to understand that a "semi-move" is possible, but to not be disappointed when everything we desired does not get moved. When the 3 movers arrived, they were courteous, and efficient. They not only moved everything we were hoping for, but did so in the allotted time frame and were very careful and considerate with our *things.* Very professional and courteous!”

“There’s a great find for us. US Movers Inc absolutely excellent and getting us moved. We had never heard of them before receiving their call we gave them a shot. It was a solid move from start to finish.”

“US Movers Inc did an amazing job with helping me move. Some companies I had used in the past had broken a multitude of small, fragile items while transporting them, but these guys didn’t break or damage anything. Not one dang thing!!! Additionally, many companies I had used before would take a very long time to transport my items. I’m talking weeks... They moved my items in merely days. I have nothing but praise for them doing a job well done.”
