“Interesting thing happened to me with this company called WindshieldHUB that is a national brand/company. They installed a new windshield, but incorrectly placed on my wiper blades and no tech will answer a text or phone call to come and fix what was not broken in the name of good customer service.”

“On July 5 th They replaced my driver side window. I test drove it 3 hours later and immediately noticed a wind gap. Next day it rained & there was a steady stream of water coming in from my repaired window. I called & was advised to complete a warranty form ( July 7 th) . 20 days later… despite repeated calls & email, no one has responded. My advise - make sure everything is on point before the tech leaves or else they will take your money and run. A warranty is supposed to be your word. This company’s has demonstrated that neither their word or their warranty mean anything. Find a more reputable service”

“Go with a local store or safelite instead. They did not come when scheduled and when they finally did arrive, they were at the wrong location. I had to call 3 times before i finally got rescheduled. And when they finally replaced my rear window, they left a bunch of broken glass in my driveway. Their customer service reps are nice, but ultimately useless. I’ve called 5+ times each for 30mins - 1 hr and each time I’ve had to explain my case over again and left with a “we’ll call you back” - which they never did. DO NOT GO WITH THEM”

“The installment was fine but after an issue with the windshield itself that I never experienced with any windshield before I called to talk to them about. They we suppose to see if it's still under warranty but never heard from them.Very disappointed and I will never recommend this place. This was very wrong on their behalf and unprofessional.”

“Wouldn’t work Wotan me at all after canceling my order last minute. Prior to ordering I called in to confirm product was in stock only to be told it wasn’t after placing order. Quoted 258 with window and install. Quoted 220 for labor only after canceling my order to not having product in stock.”
