“Koda just got home from a week long stay at the vet, where he was supposedly cared for by a doctor I never spoke to or saw. I was charged over $1,000 more than I was quoted without ever being contacted. We pay for his services and bring him home to immediately notice he’s very dirty and just really itchy. Upon further inspection we see he’s covered in little black dirty specks all over his head and face. And then we see fleas crawling through his fur mostly on his face.
