“Value Anything BUT a companion. Vile, disturbing abusive, heartless- words that better describe this horrible place. The idea of any life in their hands is terrifying. Our bun started losing weight and patches of hair. After some calls and research, I hand fed, watered, nursed, brushed and monitored her for while. She didn't seem to be improving, so I took her in to see the closest vet. The receptionist did not greet me, but promptly and coldly yelled there would be an extra charge for the visit or they wouldn't see her. She said they would "tell me cost when he done!" I agreed to whatever their terms were with my wallet open. Rather than treat her immediately and with no information, the doctor chastised me as if I had neglected this poor girl we adored. He went on and on trying to explain how this would be extremely expensive and that it was my fault in an apparent attempt to pad his profit margin. I cried, begging him to get started, but he kept on as the front desk girl chimed in to support his $$$$ upsell. I told them I would pay whatever they needed. This went on for several minutes until I had had enough and headed to our ​regular vet. The girl said we couldn't leave until I paid a visit fee which I agreed to with the clock ticking. Even as I tried to pay, they continued slowing the payment process by telling me what bad shape she was in as if I would change my mind and allow them to treat her. Someone in the back was screaming in Spanish about the charge throughout. When I told them I didn't appreciate the behavior, the girl became belligerent and said they had back to back emergencies all day along with several other angered excuses. The place was empty the entire time. No need to sell, manipulate or bully. I would've paid anything to save her. Our fur baby died shortly after we left. What a disgrace.”
