“mail theft going on for years now and the leasing office and the regional greystar offices have been 100% nonresponsive to my reports, including pictures, of broken mailboxes for going on 2 years now. utter negligence and after almost 2 years of exposed mail they've shut our mail room down for 2 months now with no progress on repairs, no updates, no discount or incentive due to their utter neglect. overall leaving these reviews because I have 0 faith in greystar or their ability to handle... anything. the entire complex has to go pickup mail from the post office, who has to do a ton of extra work just to sort and get us our mail, while our mailboxes still sit empty and sad, covered in pry marks, because they've been vandalized over and over and over for 2+ years while creekstone staff and greystar do NOTHING. #greedy #landlords #negligence -i have emails on emails giving tips and reports on this issue, including police tips and reports with 0 reply from our leasing team, regional. managers, etc. it's unacceptable.”
