Grove Hill Funeral Home Reviews

“All I can say is WOW! I had to plan two funerals, one here in Texas at Grove Hill, and a final one to take my mom home to Florida. Britney and Rnetta immediately made me feel like I was in very capable hands as they helped me navigate the overwhelm of two funerals in two states in less than two weeks. They explained every single detail so I understood what my choices were. They also accommodated me in a way so that with minimal extra money, I was able to have a beautiful funeral here in town so my brother would be able to say goodbye to mom. He would not have been able to travel to Florida. Britney and Rnetta were on top of every single detail. The flowers were the most beautiful I truly have ever seen! The food served afterwards was delicious and Lydia, the caterer with Festive Kitchen, was a delight! I was able to play a video of pictures and video on their big screen T.V.s that made everyone feel like mom was still with us. In comparison to many challenging moments in Florida due to lack of communication with those specific funeral directors and myself, and technical challenges on their part, The funeral at Grove Hill was absolutely beautiful, as well as easy, affordable, and most of all personable. I never felt like I was being 'closed', and it always felt like they truly listened and understood what my needs were, and made it a beautiful experience so we could say goodbye to my 102 year old mom stress free. Britney and Rnetta are a dream team! I highly recommend this company to help you navigate a difficult time within your budget in a stress free and comforting manner.”
